There are a number of ways for you to be involved in bringing transformation to local communities in southern Africa.

Are you setting yourself a challenge for E3 or organising an event?
You may already be fighting fit or you may be feeling the need to be more active! You may like to run, walk, dance or cycle. We would love for you to set yourself a challenge and raise sponsorship to support E3.
You can also raise much-needed funds by asking for donations in honour of a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion.
Organise an event:

Raising sponsorship:
You can create an online fundraising page so you can collect sponsorship online, as well as printed forms. Gift Aid makes the money go even further. You can fundraise for a specific project or general funds and we will update your donors on the difference their support has made.

Ready for adventure? Take part in the Africa Rally
Tim and Clare from the UK and Mathew from India are driving The Africa Rally in July 2026, starting in South Africa and travelling through Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi before finishing in Tanzania. As well as having an amazing adventure, they are also raising much-needed funds for E3 partner projects.
If you or someone you know would relish this opportunity in 2027, registration is now open. We would love more drivers to support E3 in the coming years. Entries close at 50 vehicles, so if you want 2027 to be your year for adventure, then now is the time to get involved!
Would your church or place of work support E3?
We have a small number of churches and companies who support E3. They either make a grant, encourage individual donations or raise funds. They all support a particular project so we can update them on the specific difference they are making in a partner community. E3 can provide PowerPoint slides, project information or anything else which helps with inspiring people about the project.
As a small charity, we do not have corporate or church partnership teams (just the Comms & Fundraising Manager on a part-time basis for all our communications and fundraising) so it is hard to find new opportunities to raise funds in this way, but if a few more supporters were able to involve their church or company, that would make a big difference to us.
We strive to minimise the running costs of the charity so more of your donation can go to the work.
Over the last 20+ years, on average, 92.5% of expenditure was spent on our charitable activities. We spent only 7.5% on running costs (marketing, fundraising, admin and governance costs). These functions are essential for the effective, sustainable operation of our charity.
We're committed to minimising the marketing and fundraising costs while ensuring effective communication with our donors and prayer supporters. That's why we opt for email and social media to share impact stories and engage with our community, rather than spending on fundraising mailings and advertising. Our approach is rooted in our faith and trust in God's provision.
