Fundraise for E3

Fundraising activities to date have been as varied as a motorcycle trip around Africa, a World Cup football event, celebration gifts for a wedding anniversary and a fashion show. Whatever your idea, we will support you as you help empower local churches to engage in mission in their local communities. The ideas below can work for individuals, schools, churches and other organisations and groups.

Organise an event

Have fun with friends, family and church members, and raise money for E3 at the same time. Download Fundraising Ideas (PDF 437KB) for ways to get involved, including a ball, movie night or sports competition. You can download a PowerPoint presentation to share about E3’s vision and work on the volunteer resources page.  

Raising money through sponsorship

E3 Initiative is registered with JustGiving so you can easily collect sponsorship online whatever your event or challenge. Visit www.justgiving.com/e3initiative. If you would prefer to have printed sponsorship forms, please contact us with your name and address and details of your event and we will email you a PDF sponsor form tailored to your sponsorship event and ready for you to print and use.

Celebration gifts

When family and friends ask what you would like for your birthday, do you struggle to think of ideas? Why not ask for donations to E3 to mark your special occasion? You’ll know that your celebration will be helping empower grassroots churches to share the love of Christ in word and deed with those around them.

Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, anniversary, Christening or Christmas, you can use the occasion to support E3 partner organisations in training grassroots pastors and responding to the HIV and AIDS crisis. You could use JustGiving to collect gifts online (visit http://www.justgiving.com/e3initiative) or ask people to give by cheque. For UK tax payers, a Gift Aid form is available to download, print and complete.
